Chili Munchies  
Ingredients
  • 1 lb hot sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ½ tsp chili powder
 
Directions

Sprinkle sausage in a greased 9 x 13 pan.  Cover the sausage with cheese.  Mix together eggs, green chilies and chili powder.  Pour over sausage and cheese.  Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.  Cool slightly and cut into bite size pieces.
